2. Service Description

AltingERLC provides alt account delivery services for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC) servers. We offer various plans including timed delivery and lifetime options.

3. Payment and Orders

All purchases are final upon payment confirmation. We accept PayPal, Crypto, Cash App, and Robux as payment methods. Prices are listed in USD or their equivalent in other currencies.

• Pricing may change without prior notice
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be received before service delivery begins

• Alts are not always guaranteed to be delivered
• We have the right to refuse orders WITHOUT refund with proper reason
• At this time alts are not automated and are manually added, our claims that they are are advertisement only

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or immediate delivery. Delivery times may vary based on:

• Current order volume
• Technical difficulties
• ERLC server availability
• Staff availability

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests at our discretion. Valid reasons for refund consideration include:

• Service not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
• Technical issues on our end preventing delivery
• Duplicate payment errors

Note: We reserve the right to refuse orders and withhold refunds if we determine the order violates our terms or was made in bad faith.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when placing orders, including:

• Valid email address for delivery confirmation
• Correct ERLC server code
• Accurate payment information

Users are responsible for ensuring their server is properly configured to receive alts.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to abuse or exploit our services
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first
• Reselling our services without authorization
• Using our services for illegal activities
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our services

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

AltingERLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our service interacts with Emergency Response: Liberty County (ERLC), which is owned by Police Roleplay Community. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Police Roleplay Community or Roblox Corporation.
